Is it normal for the product received to lose oil?

Oil leakage during transportation is a normal occurrence. This is because the factory added a little more oil to the gearbox during assembly. This is not a defect. You can use the product without concern.

Why can't I tighten the screw?

This screw is specially designed and rotates in the opposite direction to regular screws. You should turn it counterclockwise .

Can the machine be used with brushes from other brands?
