What happens if the brake rubber is damaged?

Please be advised that both the sanding pad and the rubber brake are classified as wear parts . Generally, this means these items are not covered by the standard warranty and must usually be purchased separately if replacement is needed.

What does the error code E2 on the display mean?

Error code E2 indicates a defective chip . This error occurs extremely rarely. Should it occur, please contact our customer service. We will arrange a repair or replacement for you.

Does the device have an auto-start function for vacuum cleaners?

Unfortunately, our device is not compatible with a vacuum cleaner with an auto-start function. The tap switch on our device is electronically controlled. This means that even when the tap switch is off, small amounts of current still flow through the control. For this reason, a vacuum cleaner cannot determine whether the sander is on or off. Our technicians are working hard to find a satisfactory solution in the future.

How can I change the sanding pad?

To change the disc, insert the wrench into the gap between the disc and the device (below the rubber brake) and hold the disc spindle. This allows you to loosen or tighten the disc by hand.

What is the difference between two almost identical orbital sanders?

The EZ150A-49B model is equipped with a 150 mm sanding pad, a spare 150 mm diameter sanding pad, and nine sanding grids. The HG0024-49E is also equipped with a 150 mm sanding pad, but also includes a spare 125 mm diameter pad. The HG0024 comes with nine 150 mm diameter sanding grids and nine 125 mm diameter sanding grids.

For working on large areas, we recommend the EZ150A-49B model. However, if you also want to work on small, fine areas, the HG0024-49E model is a better choice. The two machines are identical in terms of quality and performance.
