What should I do if the wall bracket or hand shower is defective?
Don't worry - as long as the defect was not caused by deliberate damage, we will of course send you a replacement free of charge during the warranty period.
What should I do if the hose reel does not retract automatically?
Your issue does not require a product return. Please pull the hose out completely and firmly to resolve the issue. If the issue persists, please contact our technician via WhatsApp at 0176 38787808.
What can I do if there is a leak?
In such cases, it's usually because the front short hose has become loose due to excessive pulling. You can tighten the connection yourself. We'll also be happy to send you a new replacement hose free of charge. :)
Is it normal for the water hose to have an unusual smell?
We'd like to clarify that it's normal for the hose to initially emit an odor or foam due to the added plasticizer. This odor usually disappears after a few uses. We recommend rinsing the hose thoroughly with clean water before first use.
Please don't worry, this technology complies with EU RoHS standards and has no negative impact on the environment. However, we do not recommend that humans or animals drink directly from it.
