Is it normal for carbon brushes to produce sparks?

Please be assured that occasional sparking is normal in electrical devices as long as there are no obvious odors or unusual noises. Sparks can be caused by the operation of carbon brushes and generally do not pose a safety risk.

However, we recommend that you continue to monitor the product and consult a qualified electrician if you have any concerns.

What should you do if the bristles are too long?

Our product does indeed have a longer brush than conventional products. This is designed to improve durability. To solve the problem you mentioned, we will send you a washer. Once you install it on the grinding cup, the problem will be resolved, and the height will be similar to the brush.

After some time, when the brush is worn out, you can remove the washer and the grinding cup will return to the correct position and be almost flush with the brush.

Why does the device turn off automatically after being switched on?

Based on your description, the machine's overload protection has probably been triggered. We recommend letting the machine rest for a short time after 20 minutes of use to prevent overheating. Also, clean the air outlets regularly to prevent blockages, and avoid pushing the machine too hard during use—its own weight is sufficient.
